Mary has been a consultant with Oakland Consulting plc for over 12 years. Prior to this she was a senior manager in the chemical industry, working both in the UK and USA.

Her experience lies in helping companies to identify and implement quality business improvements, by leading and facilitating continuous improvement activities. Mary’s work also involves quality assessments, data analysis, business process re-engineering, training in continuous improvement tools and techniques, including statistical process control (SPC) and co-authoring quality-related publications.

Mary has a range of business skills as well as being highly analytical. Her communication skills, both written and verbal are excellent and she can work with personnel at all levels and in all areas of an organisation to facilitate change and improvement. She has been involved in many successful programmes as a consultant and lead assessor and worked in the UK, USA, India, China, Canada and Europe.
