Roy joined Oakland Consulting in 1986 after a successful career in Quality Assurance in the Pharmaceutical and Pharmaceutical Device industries working on product and systems compliance and manufacturing processes improvement.

As a Management Consultant he has assisted organisations from many industry sectors to re-design and/or improve core business processes using six sigma techniques to reduce waste and deliver tangible business benefits such as the identification and delivery of between £1M -£20M of savings for clients in the media, central government and local authority sectors. In all cases the approach used ensured the change was sustainable by utilising an integrated change management skills transfer approach addressing Process, People and IT needs in the development and delivery of a comprehensive change plan.

Roy's primary focus is the Public Sector, where he has worked with a range of Local Authorities, Central Government Departments and Agencies on business and process improvement projects which have yielded rapid and sustainable efficiency gains providing upwards of 14X the return of Investment.

Roy is also responsible for the quality of service we deliver to all of our clients and is responsible for monitoring the performance and improving The Oakland Consulting Service Delivery Process.
