Successful
change management is increasingly at the top of our client's agendas.
However, experience shows many change initiatives fail to deliver
on a number of levels. They are not always a total failure, but
they get stalled, misdirected, or only partially achieve the required
results. In order to help our clients become more successful change
agents, we have researched, developed and validated a comprehensive
framework of common key factors that can be used for assessing change
programmes. As the speed and complexity of change in the external

for successfully managing change.

the impact and effectiveness of the change after a programme is
