Successful change management is increasingly at the top of our client's agendas. However, experience shows many change initiatives fail to deliver on a number of levels. They are not always a total failure, but they get stalled, misdirected, or only partially achieve the required results. In order to help our clients become more successful change agents, we have researched, developed and validated a comprehensive framework of common key factors that can be used for assessing change programmes. As the speed and complexity of change in the external environment increases by the minute, these factors become critical for successfully managing change.

 

This can be used at all the stages of a change programme: When initiating a new programme, to ensure all the elements are in place to maximise the chances of success in the middle of the programme, to improve the impact and effectiveness of the change after a programme is completed, or to capture useful and comprehensive lessons for subsequent programmes.
