Lean Thinking in the Public Sector

Consulting plc is
working with many organisations in the public sector to help them
deliver the Government's efficiency agenda to:
- remove
bureaucracy;
- avoid
duplication
- improve
transactional process;
- increase
productive time across Government.
We
have taken tools and techniques based on ‘Lean Principles'
from our work in private sector organisations and
have adapted them for use in the public sector.
We
are working on a skills transfer basis with internal business improvement
teams by up-skilling them to use these tools and techniques to release
more productive time and create ‘head room' for managers and staff
in their organisations.
