Theresa Wilcox

Theresa Wilcox is a consultant with over 20 year’s experience working with the senior managers of large organisations in Europe, Asia and the US. During this time she has successfully developed and managed a range of initiatives concerned with customer relationship management, customer experience design and improvement and employee engagement. Before embarking on her consulting career Theresa enjoyed a progressive and highly successful career initially at British Telecom and then at Hewlett-Packard where she designed and managed Hewlett Packard’s total customer experience programme which was recognised for its leading edge approach to capturing and utilising customer insight. During her consulting career Theresa has worked with a diverse range of organisations to provide greater insight into the needs and expectations of their customers, partners and employees and to facilitate organisational transformation.

 

Her extensive work experience is complemented by business qualifications which include an MBA with a specialism in strategic marketing and she is a registered Prince 2 practitioner. She is also a member of the Institute of Customer Service and has a close association with the British Quality Foundation which she has supported over the last 10 years as an assessor for the National Business Excellence Awards.
